Rules:
OUR OBBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT:
# You have the right to get a full refund of your membership within seven days of joining, if you change your mind and have not used our services. If you have made a purchase and saved money, you can still change your mind but we will refund the amount saved from your membership fee.
# Your account will be credited with the same value you paid for any unused products you return to us. The exception being for customised orders, as these need to be paid in advance and cannot be returned (unless faulty or not fit for purpose);
# Membership is valid for 12 months.
# You agree that you will only buy for yourself;
# You agree that you will follow the ordering procedure;
# You understand that if you walk in one of our shops you will not get the preferential prices, but you can collect orders you placed via email (thus saving postage and packaging);
# You understand that if you abuse the system then you could be banned from saving money through the membership scheme. If you do breach our agreements, we will refund your membership less the savings you made compared to buying the same items online.
